The Phoenician Resort’s New Easter Event 2015: Extra Special and You Won’t Want To Miss It:
Bunny Phoe-Phoe’s Afternoon Tea Party with Food, Fun, Professional Book Reading and Signing – and Great gifts for the Kids are included with admission
Resorts around Phoenix are always there to welcome Phoenicians and tourists with great Easter events and displays-light-shows, balloon parties and Easter egg hunts are all common practice. And just like every Easter, the Phoenician resort parades their very own bunny Phoe-Phoe and offers children a chance to basque in Easter delight with activities. However, this Easter event 2015 is the very first year the Phoenician will give kids a chance to sit down and enjoy a tea party with Phoe-Phoe, but it’s more than just a tea party.
This year young tea-party guests and their parents will sip, eat, read and play at bunny Phoe-Phoe’s premiere afternoon tea party. This
charming take on the Phoenician’s traditional tea offering it is to be held this Saturday, April 4th, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Phoenician has always been a great place to celebrate Easter and create life-time memories of family fun. The Phoe-Phoe Bunny’s Afternoon Tea Party offers kid-friendly finger sandwiches and a fine array of desserts and scones that kids, toddlers and parents alike are sure to love. Youngsters will receive a plush version of bunny Phoe-Phoe, which is the resort’s signature mascot, as well as their own copy of Phoe-Phoe’s latest children’s book, Fun at The Phoenician with Phoe-Phoe & Friends.
Making this special event extra special is that the authors of the book, and local Scottsdale couple, author Emily Randolph and illustrator Dan Merchant, will be in attendance offering signatures and signed copies and reading the book to the children. They will be joined by another special guest and one of the stars of the story, Lady, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
“In this heart-warming sequel to Discover The Phoenician with Phoe-Phoe & Friends, the resort’s cottontail rabbit hops from
one activity to the next, revealing that every day is a holiday at The Phoenician. With a little help from her best friends, Charlie the bear and Tut-Tut the turtle, Phoe-Phoe takes readers on a colorful tour of all the great things to see and do, no matter what the season.” – Lauren Stobbs of The Phoenician
