Renata was terrific in listing and selling our house. She gave us tips on what we should fix and what we didn’t need to spend money on, recommendations for service providers and how to get the house ready for showing. She was able to successfully negotiate multiple offers so that we ended up with more cash than expected. Renata is the BEST!
