Renata is a true professional of her craft. When I decided to place my house for sale, we first met up to talk about the price, during this meeting she had researched and found the floor plan, builder information, HOA details, area comps, then placed it all in a presentation package for prospective buyers. During the sale she keep me notified daily of the viewing activity and when offers were placed on my property, she was in constant contact. She is very up front as she does her research and loves her job. I appreciate the short time I spent with her selling my house and I could not have done it without her. I would highly recommend Renata in any house sale or purchase.
