We called Renata as we were traveling through Arizona. She had been sending me email updatres of properties for sale. She met us and showed us properties in Solera (San Tan Valley 55+ community). Her knowledge of the noise in homes with yards facing Hunt Hiway kept us from even looking at any of these properties. She showed us what we could afford and what she thought we would be pleased with. She handled the closing over the phone and computer (from Arizona to Iowa, where we were living). She also sent us video on email to show us the property we had purchased, We could depend on her to make sure everything was done. We were so pleased with everything Renata did for us during the purchase of our home.
