The most important decision in the selling process is choosing the right realtor. Carlie and her team got The job done! Our house was on the market for 88 days with another realtor with little activity, weak photos, and no communication. Carlie reached out to us when we took it off the Market. Her confidence and the way she talks about selling homes showed us she was eager to sell ours. She told us it was priced right and we just needed the right buyers. . .less than 2 weeks later we were under contract. If you want your house sold then do it right the 1st time because buying and selling is all about timing and we learned that the hard way. I strongly recommend Carlie and her team!
