HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST!!

Here’s how it works:
1) You send us a picture of you, your kids, your family, or your pet in your favorite Halloween costume, past or present via Facebook message.
2) We post your photo in our “Halloween Costume Contest” album.
3) You get your friends and family to like and comment your photo.
4) If you accumulate the most likes and comments by 10 am on November 10th you win a 4 pack of passes to ZOO LIGHTS at the Phoenix Zoo!

Here’s a few tips: enter early (the earlier your send us your photo, the longer you have to accumulate likes and comments).

1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by submitting digital photos on line via direct message to the Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix. All entries MUST be accompanied by the photographer’s name, email address, and names of those featured in the image. Images will only be eligible if they meet the requirement of (a) being appropriately sized for Facebook (If you are unsure what size your image is or how to resize it to meet these requirements, please watch this YouTube Video http://youtu.be/I8F0rF5eQek) 2) do not violate facebook’s image policies
2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to anyone over the age of 7. Employees of Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes.
3. CONTEST DEADLINE: Entries can be submitted at any time from the contest opening (at 10 am on Friday, October 13^th, 2017 until Midnight on October 31, 2017. Entries will be added to the submission album daily, less than 24 hours from when they are submitted.
4. WINNER SELECTION: Likes and Comments will be counted until 10 am on November 1^st, 2017. Voters can vote by liking and commenting on their favorite photo from all eligible entries posted in special contest photo galleries found on the Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Facebook Page. The photos receiving the most likes and comments will become the winners. All decisions are final.
5. PRIZES: Winner will receive 4 passes to Zoo Lights at the Phoenix Zoo usable during the 2017 Zoo Lights season (November 22^nd, 2017 to January 14^th, 2018).
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The official notification of winners will be made by November 10^th. 2017. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: a. Participants hereby grant Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the Submission (along with the winner’s name and the name of those featured in the photo), in all media now known and may later will come into being for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation. Participants represent and warrant that they have full legal right, power and authority to grant Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix the foregoing license and if applicable, have secured all necessary rights from any participants in, and contributors to, their Submission in order to grant such a license. b. Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix is under no obligation to use any Submission or return the Submissions to participants. c. Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of the winner. d. Any entry considered inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, not fitting the stated categories of Halloween Costume Contest will be rejected.
8. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries become the property of Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix which reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
9. NOT ENDORSED BY FACEBOOK: By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and release Facebook from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest. The information you are providing for this contest is being provided to Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix and not to Facebook, and will be used to notify you if you have won, and to inform you about programs and special offers from Keller Williams Realty Phoenix and our trusted partners.
10. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Entrants further agree to release Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the contest.
12. WINNERS LIST: The names of the winner will be available on the Lux Home Group at Keller Williams Realty Phoenix’s Facebook Page after the contest has been completed.
