I worked with Renata for the Purchase of a HUD property in San Tan Valley and she was extremely knowledgable about the local market and the HUD buying process. Even the curveballs that the HUD disposition auction tried to throw at her she navigated quickly and effectively helped me land a great  investment property! Renata did a great job during the Purchase as well as keeping in contact afterward.
