She is very knowledgeable and efficient. We always felt she was representing our best interests. We were only in town for a week to buy a home and she aggressively made sure paperwork was done while we were available. She is also very professional and yet personable. We had total confidence in her. She was also always available. If we had to leave her a message she was very prompt in returning our call. -Becky and Don
