Renata found the house we were looking with 2700 sq ft @ less than $100,000. She was very helpful with negotiations and assuring the house was in good condition as well as locating an excellent inspector. She assisted us with home owners insurance and any questions we have had. She remains available to thoroughly answer any questions we have, even ones unrelated to our house.
